LARGE PRELOADED BALL SCREWS
Class C3 precision ball screws with double nut are used on all three axes.
Direct drive from servo motor to ball screw. Ball Screw Diameter: X: 63mm / Y: 40mm / Z: 50mm.
Fast traversing speed: X: 30mm / Y: 30mm / Z: 16mm.
Table dimensions: 2200x1100 mm.
Max. table load: 3000 kg.
One-piece base with two chip auger slots on both sides minimizes cleaning time.

CHARGER
It is possible to load and unload tools during machining.
Tool change or tool selection will not be performed while the door is open for safety reasons.

SADDLE AND Z AXIS
The saddle enlarged to 14000 mm and with 6 knobs on the Z axis reinforce the cutting rigidity.
